Biographisches zu Peter Martinček van Grob »

Born 1962 in Bratislava. At the age of five he attended private piano lessons at Mrs. prof. P. Pokojna, eleven year old he wrote his first composition. 1978–1982 he studied composition and conducting at the Conservatory in Bratislava (composition Juraj Pospišil, conducting Adolf Vykydal, piano Maria Masarikova); 1982–1987 the Academy of Music and Drama in Bratislava (composition prof.Dezider Kardoš); 1986 a study programme at the Academy of Music (Accademia Chigiana) in Siena-Italy (F. Donatoni); from 1987 he teaches music theory and composition at the Conservatory in Bratislava; 1990–1994 head of the Composition and Conducting Department of the Conservatory, where he led the Ensemble for contemporary music; 1995–1998 he has worked at the Department of Theoretical Subjects of the Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts-VŠMU, where he taught Esthetics of Music and Musical History of the 20th Century. Jury Member of Composer Competitions: Roma, Wien, Bratislava, Košice; Member of Slovak C.A., SOZA, LITA, EU-Art Network… Domestic and foreign prices: /for example – Grand Prix Rocky Mountain for opera Memento/Montreal 1991; Slovak music found prizes, etc. Peter Martincek´s music plays now around the world with great success.

alias Nicoletta Magalotti italian with austrian mother was born in Rimini in 1962. Multifaceted artist of the indipendent scene has delevoped a personal language between music and performance. In 1997 she created the  signature NicoNote which became in 2010 NicoNote Dream Action the name of her Company based between Italy and France. Her path in Theatre and Music went through important meetings with different teachers like Yoshi Oida, François Tanguy, Gabriella Bartolomei, Woytek Krukosky. Inventor of non conventional spaces and events, experimenter of sounds she created in the ’90 the art space called Morphine , inside of the club Cocoricò. As actress she worked with severals directors such as Romeo Castellucci/Societas Raffaello Sanzio, Patricia Allio , Francesco Micheli, Maurizio Fiume. A rich discography crosses her route from the ’80 till today, under various spseudonyms like Violet Eves , historical new wave band of which shewas the singer, or AND, Dippy site , Slick Station. She collaborated also with Piero Pelù, Teresa De Sio, Mauro Pagani, Mikael Plunian, Geoffrey Charey, Katja Fleig, Pole Folder and others. Recently she presented her concert/performance Rhapsody (or Alphabet Dream) at the Foundation Cartier pour l’Art Contemporain of Paris.

Biographisches zu Lin Fang-Yi »

Lin Fang-Yi studied piano in Taiwan and graduatoo from Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien in Austria. Her composition instruction was Swiss composer Michael Jarrell, her orchestration instructor was Dr. Ertugrul Sevsay, and her orchestral oonducting and oompositional practice [?] instructor was Dr. Peter Burwik.
She minored in oboe, cello, trumpet and flute. She also played elcctric guitar in a popular music group and won the popular music award at the first ICRT Young Stars Awards.
